We celebrated Gracie's 2 year birthday on May 8, 2010. Gracie and her little friend Savannah have very close birthdays so we did a joint party for both girls at Savannah's house. We had pizza, yummy cupcakes and hunted for bugs. Savannah has a bouncy horse that Grace loved riding and we had a hard time getting her to give others a chance to ride. She LOVED being sung to and blowing out the candles on her cupcake. When the big moment came, Gracie's hat fell onto one of the candles and it went out...but she DID blow out one of them! She had such a good time and didn't want to leave her party. We have spent the last week-plus singing "Happy Birthday to you! You live in a Zoo!" because that is now her favorite song as she talks about her wonderful party!
